Job Title: Corporate Recruiter

Pay: $30-$40 per hour (DOE)
Overview:
We're looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team in Westlake Village. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, organized, and people-oriented professional with a strong background in full-cycle recruiting-especially within sales and a variety of corporate roles. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of finding top-tier talent to support growth in the medical manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of roles including sales, marketing, finance, HR, operations, and other corporate functions
Partner with hiring managers to understand position needs, create job descriptions, and develop tailored recruitment strategies
Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
Extend offers, manage candidate communications, and ensure a smooth onboarding process
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reporting on recruiting metrics
Represent the company professionally and positively to all candidates and internal stakeholders
Stay current on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve hiring processes
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a corporate recruiting role, with proven success hiring for sales and other professional-level roles
Prior experience recruiting in a manufacturing or medical device environment is a plus
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, interview best practices, and employment regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously
Proficient with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team setting
